One hateful designer wanting work

Last night I was busy plodding away at my midnight work and I receive an email from a freelancer called Guy asking for work. However I get about 40 emails a week from people asking for work or experience. As I cannot offer any jobs yet I’d like to help the designer by showing pointers to improve their image. This email was very strange as it went on and on and Guy was clearly more focused on hate than actual making a career.

I have masked his full name and information for his protection.

I was browsing through his CV and looking at his portfolio. No actual live websites were on his portfolio only mainly illustrations. This is what shocked me.

It gets worse as I respond to Guy giving him some friendly advice.

I didn’t really expect any response from him as usually people dont like bad points being handed to them. I was genuinely worried and wanted to help this kid out. His response.

Basically he wants to work for a hate group for Labour, doesnt he know that Tony Blair left about a year ago. So why is he still wanting to hurt good ole’ Tony. The email that Guy sent had 2 links, one was a scan of a poem from one of his idols and the other was a picture of a dude spunking on 2 ladies. o_O This kid cannot be serious, he needs a job and he is asking me for help…

I emailed back explaining that if you want to be paid, you have to do commercial buttons & such, read below.

I just realised that when I read his CV that Guy is 40 years old. WTF I thought a kid emailed me. So a unemployed 40 year old with fascist views was asking for work with no experience. This was unreal.

At this point I was viewing his whole portfolio. He does flash, but its flash aimed at hate.

One was Gordon Brown sleeping with one eye open & the other was another Labour figure being dismembered and skull crushing in a vise.

My arse is twitching as this guy has a problem and now he wants work.

That was that, I emailed back for the final time as clearly this 40 year old man doesnt want to work and just wants to hate.

I don’t want to offend this dude, he may come around and crush my head. So for the next few weeks I’m going to sleep with one eye open.

Awww, he written me a poem. This was the last I heard from Guy.

So to conclude this, I have never met anyone with so much hate wanting work. It shocked me so much that I’m posting it here. I’ve purposely not attached some images from his site as it may offend. But you get the picture.
